Founded and operated by veterans and advocates, our program provides a safe and supportive environment for those transitioning through life’s most challenging seasons, including veterans, re-entry individuals, and the unhoused population. Here, every resident is seen, valued, and supported as they rebuild their foundation for long-term independence.
Our mission was born from lived experience. Founder DeVonte Smith, a United States Air Force veteran from a long line of military service, witnessed firsthand the silent struggles many face when the uniform comes off. Growth Beyond Measure was created to answer that need—with compassion, structure, community, and faith-based encouragement for those who desire it. We walk beside those we serve, offering housing, resources, and unwavering support every step of the way.

Our Services
We provide safe, stable, and fully supported living accommodations designed to help residents regain independence. Our services prioritize comfort, community, and practical resources that promote healing and forward movement.
- Shared & Private Room Housing – Fully furnished rooms with shared common areas designed for comfort and community.
- All Utilities Paid – Electricity, water, internet, and essential household needs covered at no additional cost.
- Hygiene Welcome Packages – Every new resident receives a full hygiene kit upon arrival.
- Transportation Support – Rides to VA appointments, job interviews, and essential errands when available.
- Job Support Services – Resume help, job applications, and connections to veteran-preferred employers.
- Faith-Based Encouragement – Optional devotionals, mentorship, and spiritual growth opportunities.
- Brotherhood & Support – Peer connections, small groups, and a space where every resident feels seen.
- Community Service Opportunities – Meaningful service and volunteer experiences to help residents reconnect and give back.
Cost: month to month
one time non refundable $200 community fee
Accepted Payments: SSI, SSDI, private pay, agency pay, third-party payments
Proof of income required and No credit check or large deposits needed.
